About
Glideslope is the practice of Jennifer Glace.
I have spent twenty-five years building structure for organizations — taking complicated, high-stakes situations and turning them into something a room full of people can act on. Most recently that meant leading a global account team of up to 200 people and owning a P&L inside a Fortune 100 agency environment.
Before that I trained for ministry in New England. I hold a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School, which included graduate work in pastoral care and counseling, group facilitation, and boundary training, along with hospital chaplaincy. That work involved supporting families through death and loss, crisis support when family members were hospitalized for mental health reasons, funeral and bereavement care, and marriage counseling.
None of that makes me an autism expert. What it does is prepare me for the conditions this work takes place in: rooms where people are stressed, decisions that cannot be undone, and families who need someone to hold a structure while they think.
Autism runs through my family, and I have lived alongside it my whole life. I bring that as perspective rather than as case material. These programs are built on structure and evidence, and no family member’s history forms part of them.
What I am not
I am not a licensed clinician, therapist, psychologist, or diagnostician. I am not a BCBA, and these programs are not behavioral intervention. I am not autistic. Autistic adults may be paid participants in how these programs are designed and delivered, and in those cases I defer to them on their own lived experience.
Where this is now
Glideslope opens to families in early 2027. Between now and then I am completing structured training in autism and neurodiversity-affirming practice, working through the program curricula with clinical review, and interviewing autistic adults and parents.
